1. How do I secure my Mirador pergola to the ground?
Your Mirador pergola comes with anchor bolts that allow you to secure it to any flat concrete surface.
2. I live in a region that gets a lot of snow or wind. Will this damage my Mirador pergola?
Mirador pergolas are designed to exceed most building codes. Depending on which model you purchase, your Mirador pergola has a snow load capacity of 13.8 or 17.7 lbs/ft2 and a wind speed rating of 73 or 82mph. In extreme weather conditions, we strongly recommend keeping
the louvers open.
3. Is it difficult to assemble and install my Mirador pergola?
We’ve made assembly and installation as easy as possible. Your Mirador pergola comes with a dedicated toolbox for attaching all screws, bolts and other parts. We also provide a manual and instruction videos. On average, two people with a basic set of tools can install a Mirador pergola in roughly four hours.
